Refunds

All sales are final. Our files are digital and delivered the moment you pay. By completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you can no longer cancel the order once the download is available.

Check before you buy

Every file has a live 3D preview with dimensions in mm, and the product page lists the file formats and what the file is for. Please check that the part, the format and the software you will open it in are right for you.

When we refund

• The file is corrupted or will not open.
• The file is materially different from its product page: a different part, format or size.
• You bought the same file twice by mistake. We refund the duplicate.

For a faulty or wrong file, we first send a corrected file. If we cannot fix it, we refund the order in full.

When we do not refund

• You changed your mind, or bought the wrong part.
• Your software cannot open the file format listed on the product page.
• A 3D scan behaves as described on its page: a raw mesh, not a closed solid.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your order, with your order number and what is wrong. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and the download link for that order stops working.
