Terms
These terms apply to every purchase on 3DEngine.Shop. Placing an order means you accept them, together with the License and the Refunds policy.

3DEngine.Shop is operated by Ichiban Racing Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand.
What we sell
Digital files only, no physical parts. 3D scans are raw meshes captured to the volumetric accuracy stated on each product page. They are reference data for reverse engineering, not closed solids to manufacture from directly. CAD models are solid STEP files, each marked as a mockup or as ready to print and machine.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout runs on a secure page hosted by Wix, and card payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank may add its own currency or card fees.
Delivery
Files are delivered as a zip download straight after payment. The link appears on the order confirmation page and in the order email, and stays valid for 30 days. Keep your own copy.
Accuracy and use
We describe every file as accurately as we can, with its dimensions and a 3D preview. Check every critical dimension against your own part before you machine, print or fit anything. You are responsible for how you use a file and for the parts you make from it.
Liability
Files are supplied as described on their product page and without any other warranty. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damaged parts, machines, engines or vehicles, or lost time or income.
Trademarks
Vehicle and engine names belong to their owners and are used only to identify parts. We are not affiliated with any vehicle maker.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute goes to the courts of Bangkok.
