2JZ GE VVTi Cylinder Head - 3D Scan
2JZ GE VVTi Cylinder Head - 3D Scan
Plenty of 2JZ turbo builds start life as a GE. Their manifolds have to fit the GE head, not the GTE one in every catalogue.
This is a full 3D scan of the bare 2JZ GE VVTi cylinder head, delivered as an STL for your CAD or reverse-engineering software. Use it to design turbo manifolds for GE conversions, intake manifolds, cam covers and anything else that bolts to the head.
Get the port faces, stud positions and cam cover rail from the head you're actually running, so your first manifold fits the GE instead of a GTE drawing.
Scanned in-house by Ichiban Engineering, a CNC shop in Bangkok. Volumetric accuracy is 0.1 mm.
This is a raw scan mesh. It's not watertight and not a solid CAD model, so model over it rather than machining from it. The internal ports and water jackets aren't captured, so use it for flanges and covers, not port work.
Key Features
