This is a full 3D scan of the bare 2JZ GTE Non VVTi cylinder head, delivered as an STL for your CAD or reverse-engineering software. Use it to design turbo manifolds, intake manifolds, cam covers and anything else that bolts to the head.

The port faces, stud positions and cam cover rail are what your parts have to hit. Every one of them is in this file, taken from a real Non VVTi casting, not a VVTi head with the label changed.

Scanned in-house by Ichiban Engineering, a CNC shop in Bangkok. Volumetric accuracy is 0.1 mm.

This is a raw scan mesh. It's not watertight and not a solid CAD model, so model over it rather than machining from it. The internal ports and water jackets aren't captured, so use it for flanges and covers, not port work.
