ITBs, runner spacers and injector upgrades all start at the same place: the head flange. Get it right from the factory runners.

This is a full 3D scan of the OEM 2JZ GTE intake runners, delivered as an STL for your CAD or reverse-engineering software. Use it to design ITB conversions, runner spacers, injector bosses and plenum adapters that bolt to the factory runners.

Six runners, one flange and a row of injector bosses all have to line up at once. The scan gives you every one of them from the real casting, and the runner bores are captured inside too, so you can port-match whatever you bolt on.

Scanned in-house by Ichiban Engineering, a CNC shop in Bangkok. Volumetric accuracy is 0.1 mm.

This is a raw scan mesh. It's not watertight and not a solid CAD model, so model over it rather than machining from it.
