Every big-throttle or front-facing plenum build has to bolt to where the factory plenum sat. Start from that.

This is a full 3D scan of the bare OEM 2JZ GTE Non VVTi intake plenum, delivered as an STL for your CAD or reverse-engineering software. Use it to design throttle body adapters, front-facing plenum conversions and brackets that have to clear or replace the factory plenum.

The VVTi and Non VVTi plenums aren't the same part. This is the Non VVTi one, so the throttle body flange, the runner-side flange and the mounting points all match the engine you're actually building.

Scanned in-house by Ichiban Engineering, a CNC shop in Bangkok. Volumetric accuracy is 0.1 mm.

This is a raw scan mesh. It's not watertight and not a solid CAD model, so model over it rather than machining from it. The outside is captured, but the inside of the plenum isn't.
