This is a full 3D scan of the OEM 2JZ GTE VVTi coil cover, delivered as an STL for your CAD or reverse-engineering software. Use it to design carbon, billet or printed coil covers that bolt straight onto the factory mounting points.

Long, thin covers are easy to get almost right and hard to get exactly right. The scan gives you the outline, the hole positions and the raised end in one file.

Scanned in-house by Ichiban Engineering, a CNC shop in Bangkok. Volumetric accuracy is 0.1 mm.

This is a raw scan mesh. It's not watertight and not a solid CAD model, so model over it rather than machining from it.
