A manifold that misses the port face costs you a flange and a weekend. Start from the real 4G63 head.

This is a full 3D scan of the OEM 4G63 cylinder head, delivered as an STL for your CAD or reverse-engineering software. Use it to design turbo manifolds, intake manifolds, cam covers and anything else that bolts to the head.

The port faces, stud positions and cam cover rail are what your parts have to hit. The scan gives you all of them from the factory casting in one file.

Scanned in-house by Ichiban Engineering, a CNC shop in Bangkok. Volumetric accuracy is 0.1 mm.

This is a raw scan mesh. It's not watertight and not a solid CAD model, so model over it rather than machining from it. Inside the casting, the port runners are only partly captured and the water jackets aren't captured at all, so use it for flanges and covers, not port work.
