4G63 Oil Pickup - 3D Scan

Drop the sump and the pickup has to follow it down. Start from the factory one.

This is a full 3D scan of the OEM 4G63 oil pickup from the Evo 4-9, delivered as an STL for your CAD or reverse-engineering software. Use it to design extended pickups for deeper sumps, or pickups that work with a baffled pan.

The flange, the tube bend and the bracket hole all have to line up at once. The scan gives you all three from the real part.

Scanned in-house by Ichiban Engineering, a CNC shop in Bangkok. Volumetric accuracy is 0.1 mm.

This is a raw scan mesh. It's not watertight and not a solid CAD model, so model over it rather than machining from it.
