A billet 4G63 valve cover only looks good if it seals. Start from the factory gasket rail.

This is a full 3D scan of the OEM 4G63 valve cover, delivered as an STL for your CAD or reverse-engineering software. Use it to design billet or fabricated valve covers, breather baffles, catch can fittings and coil pack covers.

The gasket rail, bolt holes and spark plug openings all have to line up with the head underneath. The scan gives you every one of them from the real cover.

Scanned in-house by Ichiban Engineering, a CNC shop in Bangkok. Volumetric accuracy is 0.1 mm.

This is a raw scan mesh. It's not watertight and not a solid CAD model, so model over it rather than machining from it.
